Running

Hi Grannie!
Just wanted to tell you I ran a 10K this morning with some friends from church and work. Thats 6.2 miles just for your information:).....it was a very hilly course but i ran the whole thing and finished in about an hour and fifteen minutes. my next race is december 12 i believe...a 4 miler. have a good sunday and i'll talk to ya later! love ya!
